My weight is the same since yesterday and i've lost a few inches.
Evening guys.......today I seriously wanted to strangle someone! I'm not a big fan of chocolate, but i was cravings some really badly. My headache was a killer and I couldn't concentrate. I'm still ridiculously tired and I don't know why.

The programme seems to be going ok for me, but i'm just knackered and struggling to get to bed by 10.30pm.
