Day 100...lol
Today I worked from home...which was tricky with a one year old around. I had stir fry peppers and mushrooms along with some (2)organic chipolata sausages from M and S.
it tasted ok i guess, but I won't be buying them again and thats the truth.......lol
This no carbs/low carbs malarkey is not for me, but I pushed thru it all the same.......as with the P exercise. The sweat was dripping I tell u!!
Still feeling tired but definetly feeling stronger. Weight stayed the same,but lost inches off of the thighs and hips.....
